PACAMARA COFFEE
A specialty coffee from Caranav, Bolivia, produced by women from the region who strive to take advantage of the fertile and mineral soil at 1,500 meters above sea level in the foothills of the Eastern Andes to bring out the unique aromas and flavors of Pacamara coffee in each bean.
Pacamara is special because it is a cross between the Pacas and Maragogipe varieties. Pacas is a natural mutation of the Bourbon variety, and Maragogipe is a mutation of the Typica variety. Both belong to the Arabica variety.
These beans combine delicious, intense and complex aromas. The coffee has a medium-bodied body and is characterized by a creamy feel and a taste with moderate acidity, where you can taste hints of chocolate, citrus and berries.
This is what makes specialty coffees special!
