A balanced dark roast with notes of chocolate, cocoa and caramelised sugar.
The beans come from eight smallholdings in El Tambo, Cauca, Colombia. The farmers are women and members of ASMUCAFE (Asociación de Mujeres Agropecuarias de Uribe), which supports, trains and shares resources to improve local quality of life.
